Bassett Appraisal Services, Inc. specializes in the appraisal of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail buildings/shopping centers, restaurants, warehouse/industrial properties, apartments, churches, agricultural properties (horse farms), subdivisions, vacant sites, and other non-residential property types which are typically reported in a narrative style report.

We also provide appraisals for litigation (deficiency judgments, estate planning, estate settlement, civil lawsuits), providing expert witness testimony and litigation support. We have developed an emphasis on retail/convenience store properties with fuel equipment in the Central Florida area.

We are based in Ocala (Marion County), and our normal territory expands out to neighboring counties (including Alachua, Lake, Sumter, Levy, Citrus) as well as nearby counties such as Hernando, Pasco, Volusia, Seminole, Putnam, Flagler, Clay, and St. Johns. We have been established in the area since 1988.
